  3. Should map potential customers and generate leads.
  4. Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions.
  5. Responsible for post sales services and client relationship.
  6. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners.
  7. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  8. Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  9. Mentoring and leading the team of the respective regions.
  10. Leads the development and implement of the go-to-market strategy for our Student business, including end to end activities covering whole sales cycle.
  11. Engages with team and understand their needs and preferences and provide insights into product and service development.
  12. Consistently provides strong and clear leadership, coaching, mentoring and communication of goals to Test Prep and Solutions team.
  13. Develops and lead annual sales and expense budget, monitor performance and provide regular reporting to the B2C business head India.
  14. Responsible for identifying the gaps in different offerings and current trends in the market place to have better market share
