- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

- Leads the development and implement of the go-to-market strategy for our Student business, including end to end activities covering whole sales cycle.
- Engages with team and understand their needs and preferences and provide insights into product and service development.
- Consistently provides strong and clear leadership, coaching, mentoring and communication of goals to Test Prep and Solutions team.
- Develops and lead annual sales and expense budget, monitor performance and provide regular reporting to the B2C business head India.
