Recruiter/ Consultant – FMCG, Retail and BFSI Recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the client’s requirements thoroughly
  • Sourcing & screening of candidates-job portals, networking, headhunting and self-data bank.
  • Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
  • Co-ordinate with Candidates and Manager.
  • Scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
  • Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates
  • Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
  • Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
  • Creating and maintaining database effectively and managing candidate and client information including client’s requirements, interviews scheduled, and list of selected candidates
  • Developing a strong working relationship with team members and managers partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Recruitment MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
  • Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
  • Minimum 1+years in recruitment and vertical experience
  • Dynamic, proactive and competent.
