Advertising job availability through online channels and other media Co-ordinate with Candidates and Manager. Scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates. Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis. Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on. Creating and maintaining database effectively and managing candidate and client information including client’s requirements, interviews scheduled, and list of selected candidates Competency & talent mapping for different open roles across business functions Developing a strong working relationship with team members and managers partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility. Recruitment MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills. Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment. Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals Minimum 2+years in recruitment and vertical experience Dynamic, proactive and competent.
