Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, handholding till joining) along with conducting recruitment activities.
- Source candidates using job boards plus a multiplicity of Internet-based sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate and schedule interviews
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Ensures seamless on-boarding process of all hires offer letter generation, BGC process
- Responsible for developing and delivering recruitment MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Mapping & Head-hunting techniques
- Brand build the organization
- Engage with a passive candidate, convert to onboard when & required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels.
- Self-starter with a great work ethic and team-first approach
- Excellent communication skills and poise; fluent in English (oral and written).
- Minimum 2+years in recruitment (internal recruitment)
- Dynamic, proactive and competent.
