  • Responsible for end to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, handholding till joining) along with conducting recruitment activities.
  • Source candidates using job boards plus a multiplicity of Internet-based sourcing techniques
  • Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate and schedule interviews
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Ensures seamless on-boarding process of all hires offer letter generation, BGC process
  • Responsible for developing and delivering recruitment MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Mapping & Head-hunting techniques
  • Brand build the organization
  • Engage with a passive candidate, convert to onboard when & required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels.
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and team-first approach
  • Excellent communication skills and poise; fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Minimum 2+years in recruitment (internal recruitment)
  • Dynamic, proactive and competent.
