RTA-Operations & IR

Deliverables:
The incumbent shall be responsible for handling RTA Operations & Investor Relations in the MF / AMC and the role covers the following brief

Important experience in the following areas:

  • handling MIS & hands on MS Office especially command on Excel
  • handling Brokerages
  • effective monitoring of RTA related processes and oversea execution both at AMC & RTA level including Recon, Audit, AML & regulatory filing related activities etc.
  • handling vendor Invoices
  • Handle new initiatives / projects including automation & Digital ones, as and when required

Experience in other areas:

  • Handling of Special products viz handling day to day SIP activities and ensure end to end SIP processes are met with no complaints
  • Independently monitoring grievances / complaints including SCORE / regulatory complaints and ensure complete resolution within the prescribed TAT

Work Exp.:

  • At least 10 + years of experience in TA Operations & Investor Relations in financial services

  • Head – Transfer Agency Services

  • Proven Leadership quality and ability to lead team, problem solving & logical
  • Quick learner – ability to grasp and understand things quickly and execute
  • Positive attitude and an urge to learn and lead.
  • Good inter-personal relations for effective man management
  • Can have good understanding of laws as applicable to MF investments

Requisite Qualification:

  • Essential
    • –  Graduation in any discipline. Post Graduate qualification would be preferable
    • –  Valid NISM Certification
