Deliverables:
The incumbent shall be responsible for handling RTA Operations & Investor Relations in the MF / AMC and the role covers the following brief
Important experience in the following areas:
- handling MIS & hands on MS Office especially command on Excel
- handling Brokerages
- effective monitoring of RTA related processes and oversea execution both at AMC & RTA level including Recon, Audit, AML & regulatory filing related activities etc.
- handling vendor Invoices
- Handle new initiatives / projects including automation & Digital ones, as and when required
Experience in other areas:
- Handling of Special products viz handling day to day SIP activities and ensure end to end SIP processes are met with no complaints
- Independently monitoring grievances / complaints including SCORE / regulatory complaints and ensure complete resolution within the prescribed TAT
Work Exp.:
- At least 10 + years of experience in TA Operations & Investor Relations in financial services
