Regional Manager – Retail Sales

Job Profile/Deliverables:

  • Reporting to Regional Head North – Delhi.
  • Responsible for achieving Sales Targets by managing select set of relationships including IFAs and to some extent in ND’s side.
  • Ensure effective and smooth relationship management with assigned corporates /distributors /banks in the area for growth in business.
  • Developing business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers / Senior RMs and other important position in the respective organisations
  • Market & industry analysis.
  • Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven performance track record (sales)
  • Key account management skills.
  • Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.
  • Should have an eye for detail.
  • Good communicational abilities and pleasing personality.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Market knowledge / extensively networked.
  • Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
