Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on. Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives. Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs. Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company strategy and budget for Market. Responsible for developing and delivering recruitment MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Handling a team of 3-5 members and their revenue generation. Managing 3-5 Client Accountable for P&L role Manage existing clients in the designated industry domain and secure job orders from new and existing clients and manage Delivery as well in a time bound manner Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients Stay focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business Build strategic relationships with key clients Keeping a steady flow of qualified candidates for all open positions assigned Keeping team members motivated and their level of performance high Advertising job availability through online channels and other media Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills. Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment. Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals Minimum 6+ years in recruitment/client management /key account management/P&L role.
