  • Handling End to End recruitment activities for the client.
  • Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
  • Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.
  • Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
  • Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company strategy and budget for Market.
  • Responsible for developing and delivering recruitment MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Handling a team of 3-5 members and their revenue generation.
  • Managing 3-5 Client
  • Accountable for P&L role
  • Manage existing clients in the designated industry domain and secure job orders from new and existing clients and manage Delivery as well in a time bound manner
  • Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients
  • Stay focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business
  • Build strategic relationships with key clients
  • Keeping a steady flow of qualified candidates for all open positions assigned
  • Keeping team members motivated and their level of performance high
  • Advertising job availability through online channels and other media

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment.
  • Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
  • Minimum 6+ years in recruitment/client management /key account management/P&L role.
  • Dynamic, proactive and competent
