Responsibilities:
- Handling End to End recruitment activities for the client.
- Strategically plan the management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals
- Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
- Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company.
- Master Tracker-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Managing 3-5 Client
- Accountable for Individual P&L role
- Head-Hunting, Mapping & other tools to source the right candidate
- Interaction with Internal & External Stakeholders
- Closely work with ABP Management.
- Target – Oriented Job
- Manage existing clients in the designated industry domain and secure job orders from new and existing clients and manage Delivery as well in a time bound manner
- Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients
- Stay focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment.
- Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
- Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
- Minimum 3+years in recruitment and vertical experience
- Dynamic, proactive and competent.
