  • Handling End to End recruitment activities for the client.
  • Strategically plan the management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals
  • Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
  • Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company.
  • Master Tracker-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Managing 3-5 Client
  • Accountable for Individual P&L role
  • Head-Hunting, Mapping & other tools to source the right candidate
  • Interaction with Internal & External Stakeholders
  • Closely work with ABP Management.
  • Target – Oriented Job
  • Manage existing clients in the designated industry domain and secure job orders from new and existing clients and manage Delivery as well in a time bound manner
  • Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients
  • Stay focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
  • Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
  • Minimum 3+years in recruitment and vertical experience
  • Dynamic, proactive and competent.
