  • Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.
  • Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company strategy and budget for Market.
  • Mapping & Head-hunting exercise for adding – Niche/ CXO level roles.
  • Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
  • Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
  • Handling a team of Manager/Assistant Managers/Team Lead/Recruiters (7+ members)
  • Handling client (6+ Clients)
  • Manage existing clients in the designated industry domain and secure job orders from new and existing clients and manage Delivery as well in a time bound manner
  • Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients
  • Stay focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business
  • Build strategic relationships with key clients
  • Prepare and submit annual budgets, plans and periodic progress reports to the Management and monitor performance to ensure budget achievement
  • Able to self-drive-Vertical and handle the team with less supervision.
  • Providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.
  • Providing help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
  • Developing a strong working relationship with team members, hiring managers & clients to build a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment.
  • Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
  • Minimum 8+years in recruitment/client management/key account management/P&L role.
  • Dynamic, proactive and competent.
