- Responsible for Setting up and monitor the performance of plant against standards & targets in areas such as manufacturing and operating efficiency, quality, cost control, administration efficiency, legal compliance, inventory control, and HR Management
- .Ensuring SOP for Snacks products is developed timely, maintained for all aspects of the business. Ensuring all quality related to Product Development: New product development (Chips, Diets, Puff, Stix, Fryums, roasted & baked various varieties &other) are as per the guidelines.
- Initiative with a key focus on Quality, Cost & Delivery; developing new products in conformance to pre-set specifications for snacks product.
