Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, joint ventures and mergers for setting up new stores based on business and operational requirements.
  • Define and implement short and long term business plan for the brand to cater to product, new markets, distribution strategy and profit estimates.
  • Generate additional business for the organization by managing digital marketing activities and updating social media pages.
  • Enhance market penetration by setting up and maintaining productive business relationship with dealers and franchise partners.

Retail Operations & Sales

  • Retail Store Operations, Inventory Management, Administrative aspects, Evaluate sales performance of a retail stores, Introducing new products as per requirement.
  • Enhance stores P/L by optimizing operational and financial expenses.
  • Interact with the Mall Management for effectively resolving critical operational issues with potential business and revenue impact.
  • Guide team members in enhancing business and revenue by consistently rendering superior quality service. Groom and mentor potential leaders in team to take up future leadership roles in the organization.
