Monitor IS budgets for the effectiveness of spend, adherence to parameters and alignment with budget governance Work with the Commercial Manager to determine the scope of IS service costs to be recharged to BUs and Functions. Define the scope of costs that will form the basis of IS TCO Compare IS costs both internally and against appropriate benchmarks Continually review and update TCO models and tools to ensure that they continue to provide reliable outputs Develop tools and mechanisms for tracking IS TCO Evaluate the impact of IS TCO on overall business costs Evaluate the impact of TCO on overall business and IS strategic planning Assist with setting realistic cost savings targets to be driven by the Strategic Partner Managers. Produce regular reports on IS budgets, forecasts, spending and TCO as well as specialist reports when required Assist the Commercial Manager in communicating IS TCO to relevant stakeholders across IS and the wider business. Promote principles and behaviours that support sustainable information technology.
