- To lead, delegate and effectively manage a team of 35-40 experienced professionals from delivery and business development team handling mid to CXO level hiring across the globe.
- Accountable for managing P & L of permanent staffing (One of the business verticals) having portfolio of clients engaged in different industries and maintain consistency in generating revenue.
- Accountable for Retaining existing clients from reputed Indian business houses/big Conglomerates & MNCs.
- Establish strong networking with HR Heads/CHRO etc.
- Make strategies for expansion across the globe, initiate new business verticals by keeping aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
- Act as a mentor for his team and support them in their consistent professional growth.
Skills Required
- Should be Post Graduate from a reputed university.(MBA preferred).
- Should be a consistent performer.
- Excellent Leadership, Analytical and decision making skills.
