Assistant Recruitment Manager/Team Lead – Retail Recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Handling End to End recruitment activities.
  • Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
  • Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.
  • Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company strategy
  • Responsible for maintaining recruitment MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Handling a team of 3-4 members and their revenue generation.
  • Managing 3-4 Client
  • Accountable for P&L role
  • Providing guidance, instruction, direction to a team for the purpose of achieving a key result
  • Keeping a steady flow of qualified candidates for all open positions assigned
  • Keeping team members motivated and their level of performance high
  • Advertising job availability through online channels and other media

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment.
  • Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
  • Minimum 4+ years in vertical recruitment/client management/key account management/P&L role.
  • Dynamic, proactive and competent.
