Handling a team of 3-4 members and their revenue generation. Managing 3-4 Client Accountable for P&L role Providing guidance, instruction, direction to a team for the purpose of achieving a key result Keeping a steady flow of qualified candidates for all open positions assigned Keeping team members motivated and their level of performance high Advertising job availability through online channels and other media Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills. Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment. Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals Minimum 4+ years in vertical recruitment/client management/key account management/P&L role.
