Responsibilities:
- Handling End to End recruitment activities.
- Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
- Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.
- Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company strategy
- Responsible for maintaining recruitment MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Handling a team of 3-4 members and their revenue generation.
- Managing 3-4 Client
- Accountable for P&L role
- Providing guidance, instruction, direction to a team for the purpose of achieving a key result
- Keeping a steady flow of qualified candidates for all open positions assigned
- Keeping team members motivated and their level of performance high
- Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment.
- Ability to effectively analyze the client’s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
- Minimum 4+ years in vertical recruitment/client management/key account management/P&L role.
- Dynamic, proactive and competent.
