- Consumer durable or similar industry and not typical IT companies.Experience and through Knowledge of SAP SD module with understanding to SAP Business Work flow and ABAP .
- Comprehensive understanding of Design, customize, configure , Pricing and testing of SD Module.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time in SAP
- Understanding of CIN functionality & GST taxation.
- Handle Order to Cash cycle in all IT Applications including SAP.
- Customize SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.
- Understanding of integration of SD modules with MM and FI having basic accounting business processes.
- Prepare business specifications for reports.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements .
- Exposure to Sales force CRM is desired.
- To Handle User issues in Sales force Application and support .
