Admission Counsellor

  1. Stationery : Requisition & Procurements.
  2. Repairs & Maintenance : To oversee repairs and maintenance at school premise and ensure timely correction of issues-infrastructure related.
  3. Procurements : Stationary, housekeeping, learning equipments and pantry related procurements.
  4. Contract Staff Management : Supervising of Contractual Staff including Didi’s, Bhaiya’s (Maali & Electrician)
  5. Petty Cash : To maintain everyday petty cash expenses, collect bills and share the details of consumed petty cash as per the agreed frequency and ensure timely replenishment of cash. To maintain daily MIS of Petty Cash usage against expenses.
  6. Hospital Management : Taking care of medical emergencies at school. Procuring the medicines & other medical equipment needed by the school nurse. Maintaining the first aid box for classes.
  7. Fee management : To follow up for delayed payments. Depositing of the fee cheque.
  8. Security : To keep an close eye on the security and safety of the school.
