Responsible for day to day Sales Force application timely support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

During Implementation:

  1. Requirements Definition & Gatekeeping.
  2. Product Solution Identification and Evaluation.
  3. Coordinate with Business Teams & Implementation partners and ensure smooth transitioning.
  4. Project Management during Sales Force CRM Application implementation.

Post Go-Live support:

  1. Guiding & resolving day to day production support issues.
  2. New requirements / rollouts for e.g., adding Business Area/ new plant / Profit centre etc.
  3. Change Management Process

Processes: Strong knowledge on Institutional & Retail sales. Salesforce – CRM Application processes Standardization/Benchmarking & ensure minimum customization.

Experience in Roles, Profiles, Objects, Sharing rules, Validation rules, Workflow actions, reports, dashboards and approval processes.
