- The purpose of this role is to generate new business and increase revenue for the company.
- Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
- Identifying & generating new leads in Domestic Market.
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Leverage his/her existing relations with clients to generate new business.
- Direct and work with the delivery & operation team towards successful execution of assignments.
- Innovative and strong desire to excel.
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
