Assistant Manager– Business Development

  1. The purpose of this role is to generate new business and increase revenue for the company.
  2. Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
  3. Identifying & generating new leads in Domestic Market.
  4. Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
  5. Leverage his/her existing relations with clients to generate new business.
  6. Direct and work with the delivery & operation team towards successful execution of assignments.
